Publication Schedule

Editing will be completed in the fall of 2008 with typesetting beginning during the winter of 2009. The following ten months will see extensive proofing by the contributors and the compilation of a detailed index and general bibliography. Owing to the length of the work, the large number of illustrations, and the many authors involved, we will not be going to press until the fall of 2009. Delivery of the book is scheduled for January 2010.
